Shake, shake, shake

That’s what has happened to our world since March.

Now things are a bit topsy-turvy and there’s another kind of everyday landscape to navigate.

I attended a female entrepreneurial Mastermind yesterday and it really hit home more than ever how to put the spotlight on the possibilities that emerge right now. In every crisis, trauma, challenge and heart-ache there are also the seeds for positive change, growth and blossoming. For sure.

Still, there were a couple of things I wasn’t fully aware of how much they had changed. Now I feel excited to play with these and see how I’ll be able to offer even better opportunities for change, growth and healing to my tribe and clients.

How does it get even better than this?
What more is possible?

Listen, the only thing we know for sure about life is this; everything is changeable and one day we will die. This might sound harsh. Still, it isn’t a new saying. However, maybe one more important than ever to take to heart?

The good thing about these transitional times is that we are called to figure out;

🅾️ Who am I now vs pre-Corona?

🅾️ Who do I desire to become?

🅾️ What are my values?

🅾️ What do I really like vs dislike?

🅾️ What do I desire to do with and in my life?

🅾️ What direction to take my business?

🅾️ How to best show up as a leader for others and self?

🅾️ What doesn’t jam with or serve me any longer?

🅾️ What would be passionate, satisfying and joyful to do?

For short;
What to leave behind?
What to keep?
What to invite?

It’s a call for taking stock.
To figure out how to be…..
SOUL ALIGNED.

And by that, opening the gates to be
more deeply, freely and joyfully
satisfied and on fire.
Grateful and in love with it all.
In love with this thingy we call life.
The GPS set and ready.

Why love? Because if you are the one putting yourself into the famous “Dirty Dancing” neglect corner, how can you expect anyone else to see, hear and get to know you?

And if you put someone else in a corner, it doesn’t really feel good inside, does it? You can joke about it and pretend you don’t care. However to abandon, neglect or disrespect yourself or someone else eats at your soul, mind and heart. It makes you unfree.

What we are after is more good feelings.
More energy. More life in life. More love…..
Not less.

Tell me, what are the possibilities, openings, rays of light, pleasures and joys right in front of you? The lifesavers and the shapeshifters? To simply lean into. Or to reach out to grab. Or to take a couple of steps or three to position yourself for.

Face it, the old normal is forever gone. ❌
Let the old rest. Grieve if you have to.
Process the loss and then let go.

Breath. Breath.
Breath fresh air and be curious about what’s emerging.
Be ready to welcome and to celebrate the new as it shows up.

This is an excellent time to build understanding, muscles, resilience, courage, expansion and to step into action mode for creating a desired life and setting for you and your people. To align with the ongoing shifts and be able to play with unpredictability. To make the best out of your now and to uplevel and be ready for the future. Come what may.

Focus to be in flow and to rise in frequency.
Those are the signs of these times.
